Each diamond is uniquely crafted from the ashes or hair of a loved one, making it a fully customized and one-of-a-kind creation. Due to the bespoke nature of our process, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Non-Refundable Terms

• Custom-Made Product

  • Every memorial diamond is custom-crafted based on the specific material provided by the customer. As such, once the production process begins, cancellations and refunds are not possible.

• Order Confirmation & Acknowledgment

  • Upon placing an order, customers will receive a detailed confirmation outlining the agreed-upon specifications. By proceeding with the order, you acknowledge and accept that the item is non-refundable.

• Changes & Cancellations

  • Due to the intricate production process, modifications to your order can only be accommodated within [X days] of order placement, provided production has not yet begun. After this period, changes cannot be made, and the order is considered final.

• Defective or Incorrect Orders

  • In the rare event of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will review the case and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include repairs or adjustments. However, this does not qualify for a refund.

• Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • We take great care in securely packaging and shipping our products. In the event of loss or damage during transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist with an insurance claim through the shipping provider. This does not alter our no-refund policy.

For Customers in Hong Kong

We recommend personally delivering the bone ashes or hair to our Hong Kong office for direct handover and verification.

For Customers Outside Hong Kong

• We will send a collection kit with sealed bags and instructions.
• Once prepared, you can courier the kit to our Hong Kong office at our expense.
• Alternatively, you may send it to one of our trusted local agents for secure handling.
